Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your original purchase to begin your return process. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

We do not reimburse shipping fees; however, we will provide a return label to you at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns of personalized items or custom orders.

Your products me be returned unworn, unwashed, and free or any body odor, fragrance, hair, etc. The item must be returned unused and in the original condition in which you received it.

To return your items, please follow these steps:

1. Repackage your prodct(s). Original packaging is preferred, but use what you’ve got!
2. Email us with your intent to return at support@findmylegacyandlight.com. Please be sure to include the reason for your return. 
3. We will email you back with a return label.
4. Print out the label and attach it to your package.
5. Arrange for a pickup or drop your return off at your local post office. 

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to process once the returned product has been received by our shipping department.
